GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING


Enjoy our Specialized Group Personal Training schedule of programs that include spinning, muscle strengthening and more!

All Group Training Clients are suggested to do at least 1 Personal Training Session to:

Assess your muscle weaknesses, imbalances, posture and provide a suggested Group Personal Training schedule based on your goals & interests.

Educate you on how to use a Heart Rate Monitor and calculate your training zones for your cardiovascular workouts.

Instruct you on how to utilize various Group Personal Training tools so that you can maximize results during your Group Training experience
