There are two tiers of membership: Gold and Platinum.

All memberships include complete usage of our facility and dependent on which membership you choose, a bundle of different services to maximize your value and deliver you results.

-Superior strength and conditioning facility
-Open area for functional movement training
-Complete full amenity shower area
-Expert,friendly staff and service

Gold Membership:
Designed for those who want to enjoy world class services, staff and facility & use the facility on their own time

*Use of entire facility during all working hours, including full amenity showers, shower towels etc.
*Resting Metabolic Testing ,Circumference Measurements,and Caliper Body Fat Test once a year
*Nutritional evaluation once per year
*Postural Eveluation once per year
*Weekly posted program by GF training staff
*Initial Private Full Hour Session with GF staff once per year
*2 Guest Passes per month
*5% of all retail products
*Family Member Discount: $10 off monthly fee for each additional

Platinum Membership:
Designed for those that want to experience everything we offer and achieve results in their fitness.This membership introduces private sessions and Success Coaching to optimize your accountability, motivation, and success.

*Unlimited Group Training classes including Saturday BOOT CAMP!
*Resting Metabolic Testing, Circumference Measurements, Caliper Body Fat Test three times per year
*Postural Assessment two times per year
*1 Private Full Hour Sessions with GF Staff per month
*3 Guest Passes per month
*10% of all retail products
